In the healthcare industry, “contract staffing” refers to a healthcare provider who is filling in on a temporary (contract) basis. As a contract staffer, you will be an employee of JIT Staffing assigned to work at a client site.
While the client provides professional oversight, our company provides administrative oversight. This type of unique opportunity allows you to gain the freedom of choosing the opportunities you want to work for while providing you with the flexibility for a rewarding career and personal lifestyle.
Competitive compensation is typically based on hourly rates. Providers are paid semi-monthly, two weeks in arrears and medical liability, travel and housing expenses are covered as needed.
Malpractice insurance is provided for our healthcare providers by JIT Staffing. The insurance is a $1M/$3M claims-made policy. Take pride in knowing that JIT Staffing has never had a malpractice claim filed.
Assignments can range from a few months to multiple years, based on the needs of the facility and the length of time you’d prefer to work. It’s best to discuss your assignment length interests with one of our staffing consultants.
