Round Rock, Texas — Eskridge & Associates, a physician recruiting firm, announced the addition of Kirsty Kline to its team of recruiters. Kline, who previously worked for Medical Doctor Associates, brings nine years of experience in physician recruitment to her new position.
Bob Eskridge, founder and President of Eskridge & Associates, chose Kline for her experience as a million-dollar producer for her previous firm and for her highly developed interpersonal skills.
Kline emphasized her personal approach to physician recruiting. “I’m about relationship building with both clients and physicians,” Kline said. “I care about the people I serve.”
Kline sees Eskridge & Associates as a perfect match for her. “Integrity means a lot,” Kline said. “I’m not about a quick dollar. Bob [Eskridge] and I see eye-to-eye. We both share the same moral integrity to do the job and do it well.”
Kline, a graduate of Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, earned a B.A. in French Literature and speaks fluent French and Spanish. “I see my language skills as a way to enhance the personal relationships I build with my doctors,” Kline said.
Eskridge & Associates, a leader in physician recruiting, started as a one-person operation eight years ago and has grown to include eight additional employees who serve more than 300 clients, including physicians and organizations that employ medical doctors nationwide.
Eskridge, who has presented seminars and workshops on physician recruiting on the national level, has also written “So You Always Wanted to be a Physician Recruiter” and will publish his second book, The ABC’s of Kick Ass Recruiting, in November 2010.
