Kirtus Kolar, who brings years of sales and service experience to his new position, emphasized that his varied background enhances his recruiting skills. “I pull from all my life experiences,” Kolar said. “I like dealing with people, and I like helping people.”

Kolar, who earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin, adds varied life experiences to his academic credentials. “To me, life is a continuous education,” Kolar said.
